DAY 226 OF 365: I NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK
Ok, so the late nights and early mornings and the no days off are really starting to screw up my whole Healthier Fitter Me Challenge. My sleep patterns are off, my eating habits have gone to shit and I am pretty sure that I look like a zombie. There have been times that someone has been talking to me and I am literally falling asleep staring at them. I am hoping that in the next couple of weeks we will get some much needed support in the office and I might actually get a day off. As soon as that happens, my ass is back to the gym and working off the couple of pounds that I feel I have gained back from working all these hours. I have been living on coffee for the past month and though I have been juicing and eating fruit, I have not been as healthy as I should be. I must admit that there are some days I get so busy that I forget to eat lunch and before I know it, it is 8pm. Not good! Well, time to get back to work. Extras don’t cast themselves! Fingers crossed that I am out of here before 2am. Till tomorrow.
