After almost a month of non stop work, I finally had a day off. It felt so nice to sleep in, enjoy a cup of coffee while I read the paper and catch up on some TV. I had to see what happened on True Blood and even though I new what happened, I had to watch the latest episode of The Big C that I missed.
I had a fresh direct delivery today that stocked up my fridge with fruits, vegetables and healthy food. I even made some organic ice cream and sorbet and made myself a nice green juice. Tomorrow morning I have a session with JC, and for the first time, I will actually be well rested and ready to bust out an awesome workout with him. I feel like that last month I have fallen off the band wagon of the healthier fitter me challenge and I have to catch up to where I should be. I only have four months left till I have to recreate that photo and I still have a lot of work to do to tighten up this body! There is finally a light at the end of the tunnel with my work load, and even though I will still be extremely busy, I will actually be getting some sleep and not just mini naps after work. Let me tell you, you can not function on only 2 to 3 hours of sleep a night. You start to feel as if you are floating above you, watching yourself make stupid mistakes. Well, fingers crossed that that ended on Friday.
So, I am back to the world of the living. Time for me to pay some bills before starting another work week. Till tomorrow.
