DAY 227 OF 365: TIP OF THE WEEK

So, tip of the week. When you want a nice dessert that is not only good but healthy, try grilling your fruit. Nothing like fresh peaches or pears grilled to perfection. Add a little balsamic vinegar to take it up a notch. Well I am home from work and I am ready for bed. We had new assistants that started today so fingers crossed that they are a quick study and they can help lighten up my work load. Night!
